PurposeCommercial and operational asset management services for a portfolio of generation facilities.
Areas of focus include contract management and compliance monitoring, financial analysis, process/procedure development and mapping, and other tasks assigned.
Manage all requirements Energy Services Contract with NV Energy and other future energy procurement needs to serve customer load in Tahoe.
Management of implementation of strategic projects for energy supply facilities including but not limited to Non-wires Alternative Projects.
Accountabilities Assure timely completion and management of economically installed new capacity and major projects; provide technical and management support through recommendation and implementation of strategic projects for Energy Supply facilities.
Manage and administer the NV Energy Services Agreement valued at $20M/year Evaluate and recommend alternate options to provide electrical capacity to economically meet customer requirements and participate in the development of a long-range plan to enhance the Company's competitive position.
Projects include Non-Wires Alternative Projects such as Microgrids, also behind the meter battery storage and resiliency corridors.
Lead the coordination of Energy Supply's regulatory compliance, including but not limited to RPS, GHG, FERC, responsible for management and quality assurance of filings, ensuring processes and procedures are documented appropriately Execute and manage the REC procurement strategy, annual transaction value approx.
$200k/year Manage Commercial and Operational management of $130M of renewable assets and microgrids Manage monthly financial reports for trends and coordinate with FP&A and accounting to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Conduct ad hoc analyses in support of the business, including business case preparation, decision tree development, and evaluation of assets according to a variety of metrics (e.
