Purpose Accountable for planning, managing, and controlling all the warehousing, fleet, facilities and security activities in the respective Region.
Defining and implementing warehousing strategy, reviewing processes to maximize efficiencies.
Managing optimum levels of inventory.
Responsible for developing and executing strategies that support the operational and corporate objectives of the organization.
This includes analyzing current processes, executing strategy focused on significantly reducing costs, while maximizing efficiency.
Managing a regional dispersed team.
Support corporate projects such as the SAP project implementation as well as business transformation.
Last but not least, managing maintenance of fleet and facilities across the region.
Accountabilities Supports the development of a companywide strategiesOversees the operation and maintenance of vehicles and equipment; Schedules and dispatches the organization's vehicles and drivers; Develops design specifications for vehicle requisitions; Reports, records and maintains all safety procedures relating to vehicles.
Defines and implements company strategies on a regional levelRecommends warehousing strategy for respective Region.
Develops region-wide procedures.
Oversees the warehousing operation and/or manages consignment vendors.
Submits and manages the budget with support from senior leadership to execute the appropriate strategy for the region.
Will lead the regional supply chain team over multiple locations.
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent of education/experience10
years' experience, primarily in Supply/Warehouse with hands on knowledge of procurementDirect experience supporting multiple locationsPrior leadership experience requiredWiling to travel as needed - 50%Compensation:
Base salary range is $160,000 - $240,000 depending on experience.
It is common for qualified candidates to earn the +/- midpoint of this range.
Strong annual incentive and retirement plans offered in addition to base salary.
